First: Board of Directors
The board of directors of the company consists of the basic members of the company who own the basic shares in the company. The main duties of the board are summarized as follows:
1. Periodic meeting to discuss the balance sheet and distribution of profits, and organize the company’s work according to the necessities of each stage.
2. Emergency meeting to make strategic decisions that the general director of the company cannot disclose.

Second: The Engineering Bureau
In this department, there is a group of female engineers specialized in accounting schedules for the projects using the latest specialized programs in calculating the bills of quantities and costs. They also provide the technical and engineering department with time schedules for executing projects and the percentage of periodic execution for each project. They also coordinate with the owner and the consultant bureau regarding current changes. Their duties include:
1. Prepare detailed bills of quantities for the building and services and set up the correct and appropriate pricing for competition and winning the tender, which will provide the owner with the best prices as a result of high accuracy in calculating the quantities.
2. Make sure to include the bills of quantities for all elements and the required details accurately.
3. Prepare timetables for projects under execution.
4. Prepare the current payments and ensure they are completed before submission.
5. Coordinate with the relevant departments in executing the project and surmount any obstacles.
6. Prepare the final payments and present them.

Third: Technical and Engineering Department
The technical and engineering departments are composed of several departments, and they are:
1. Head of the Department: The senior chief engineer is the head of the department, and the project managers are connected to him.
2. The Constructional Department: It specializes in constructional work such as substructure, concrete, and other superstructure works, as well as surveying and fixing the gate level of the project.
3. Building and Architecture Department: It specializes in all constructional and finishing work for the required and final face of the project, all aluminum decoration work, all types of paint, blacksmithing, and carpentry work.
4. Electro-Mechanics Department: It specializes in all electrical work inside and outside the project, calculating the loads and distributing them, as well as hygienic and sanitary disposal work, heating, and air conditioning work, calculating the capacities according to the areas and spaces found for the project.

Fourth: Public Relations and Trading Department
This department specializes in coordinating with governmental departments, commissions, and private companies and imports for the purpose of facilitating the work of the company’s department by importing the materials and transporting them within or outside the state, obtaining the best prices. This department also specializes in the company’s commercial work by importing and exporting materials and equipment for which the company contracts with the clients

Fifth: The Legal Department
The legal department specializes in studying contracts, giving remarks and opinions, certifying them, following up their execution, and representing the company before official and non-official departments.

Sixth: Accounts Department and Personnel Affairs
The accounts and personnel department specializes in preparing all the company’s work, preparing the monthly salaries and periodic leaves, and coordinating in bringing foreign workers and returning them to their countries in case of contract termination. The department also specializes in receiving payments and paying the dues of subcontractors, suppliers, and importers.

It specializes in maintaining and organizing the work of vehicles, equipment, and all heavy machines between the projects, as well as all methods and ways of transporting and maneuvering them from one site to another.
